There is a bug on the 3-rd level. A collision box is missing on one of the walls (left side of a door frame leading to a south facing room). Because of that bug, the player can go in the walls and attack mobs without the mobs being able to fight back.

Nice game

Nice

Love it dude.

The game doesn't work for me :(

I just get a black screen for some reason

I had the same issue. It got fixed when I disabled my ad-blocker plugins.

esta entretenido, bien hecho :3

muy bueno

The music is excellent.

Could you please make a tutorial on how you did the combat or can anyone link me to a similar combat system tutorial.

He has a link to the source code, have a read through and figure out how it works.

Hi, I'm 14 and a aspiring indie game developer. Is there any chance you could make the player controller and attack mechanics in Unity2d? Thank you.

Love your game, keep it up!

I don't develop in Unity, so I wouldn't know the method for doing that. :)

Hi, I'm working on it right now, I will contact you if I need any help. Thanks!

How did you make the attack? I'm currently trying to make my own game with a similar attacking system and I'd like to get some help

Howdy. :) I placed a node on the character, used sin and cos to spin it around towards the mouse, then tweened the weapon away from the hand on the x axis when clicked. If you're familiar with Godot then I added a link to source in the description if you want to browse through it. What you'd want to see would be in Weapon.gd and Sword.gd

Thank you. :) If you like this then I highly recommend a game I did for Kindred Jam recently that was inspired from this but with a bit more time invested and imo better combat system.

it looks so cool.

Thank you. :)

I don't think this was supposed to happen haha (http://prntscr.com/o4jdjc).

Love your tutorials <3

Hahaha! I knew that was bound to happen. The side collisions are done manually on a separate layer since there's no tile for them. Thanks for pointing it out to me.

Thanks for watching the tutorials! <3

I really liked the way he attacked! This was very fun and the art style and music fit together perfectly :D

I don't know if you've heard of Game Development World Championship before (gdwc2019) but it's a competition for indie game developers where they can submit their games and it's free! It's great if you want some more visibility for the game and it only takes a couple of minutes to join :)
